Wie das geht? Eigentlich ganz einfach!
- Ausgesuchte Nachwuchsmanager/innen mit Berufserfahrung aus ‚Ihrem Zielland/ Zielregion‘ arbeiten Vollzeit in Ihrem Unternehmen (in Deutschland oder im Zielland) als Management Assistenten/innen mit Praktikantenstatus.
- Parallel dazu absolvieren sie ein Management-Aufbaustudium an der SIBE (Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship).
- Als Teil des Studiums erstellt der/die Teilnehmer/in für Ihr Unternehmen einen Geschäftsplan zur Erschließung Ihres Zielmarkts bzw. zum Ausbau seines/ihres Heimatmarkts.
- Der Geschäftsplan, der eng mit Ihnen abgestimmt wird, umfasst z.B. Aufbau des Vertriebs, des Einkaufs oder einer Produktionsstätte im Zielland/ Zielregion.
- Die Umsetzung der Geschäftsplanung und der Geschäftsaufbau sind fester Bestandteil des Studiums.

How does it work? Quite simple!
- Carefully selected Junior Managers with some professional experience will work fulltime in your company (in Germany or in your target country/ region) as Management Assistants.
- In parallel, the Junior Managers will complete postgraduate studies at the SIBE (Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship).
- As one of the key elements of their studies, the participant will work on a Business Plan conc. your targeted market/ region.
- The Business Plan, being worked out in close cooperation with you, can cover issues like establishment of sales and distribution, of purchasing or a new production site in your target country/ region.
- The realization of the Business Plan and further company expansion is integral part of the study-program.

In case of a ‘good fit’, after completion of the studies, the Management Assistant can serve as Manager for your company in the target country/ region. He/ she knows the functioning and the culture of your German company and can transfer this experience into the market abroad.
